Guess the Spot: International Edition

Reminds me of the brochs in northern Scotland, but I don't recognize it specifically.
 
The standing jumble of rocks in the foreground of the second picture were purposeful placed as a defensive structure. They form an outer circle (more like half circle) around the interior walls.
