Looks great to me. I think functional rake on an empty pickup looks awesome. Just shows they are ready to do truck stuff. Likewise I think leveled trucks with a load on them and a saggy ass look like saggy ass.

I do. This is the one off North Long Point.
I have pictures of the interior of the Tangren house on Anderson Bottom too, but not uploaded, and there's nothing at all in there anymore. The Park Service used to store junk in there, but there was nothing in there at all this spring.

With 33's, I would want the additional sidewall of the 18's. It will ride better.
Most aftermarket wheels just aren't as good as the upgraded factory wheels like you already have. But some are. They generally start at $200+, each, but that is for a quality wheel. For a Toyota, I'd look at...
Good call! Those guys really understand Toyota 4WD vehicles and specific use cases. They don't just sell and install this stuff, they use the crap out of it themselves - I have been on quite a few multi day trail runs with the owner. For the friends Tacoma's that I have installed lifts for, I...
Call Cruiseroutfitters in Sandy. 801-563-1277. Or info@cruiseroutfitters.com. They live and breath Toyota. Small shop, but a first class operation, very fair prices, meticulous work, stellar customer service. They do lifts on Toyotas every day. The owner is as solid as they get and knows...
Bobcat are interesting critters too. They definitely march to their own drum. In my many encounters - mostly having called them in, so I'm sitting in concealment and they have come to me - they don't seem to rely much on their noses. They rarely work the wind the way a coyote always will and...
I've been fortunate enough to have seen dozens of bobcat over the years. Have never gotten a good still picture of one though. Shot lots of video of them, in the long ago time before I decided I'd rather have hot poo than edit another minute of video ever again and before I took up taking...
Haven't read the article. But it's hard to stand in front of it and not see an anthropomorph with outstretched arms where the head and neck of the "dragon" are supposed to be. I don't think anyone could look at it in person and think it's a single large image of anything, let alone a dragon...
I don't know how to do the "@" tag, but here's @IntrepidXJ and @xjblue, from the other side of the pour off pool in Deer Canyon on Sat. morning.
And another one, from the day before.

My memory is just a memory... Advanced CRS case. Can't remember chit.
We didn't get any further downstream than the washout, so can't say anything about that. There wasn't any way to get up and out of the canyon on foot in the vicinity of the washout though. We drove up to the edge from...
In the spring time there is usually a lot of pothole water to be found along the slick rock sections of the 4x4 trail from the lake to the highway.
I would not take the lake canyon route though. Unless there is a much easier way across than where the road used to cross. There may be? The old...
I've only had one metal print done, it was a Groupon and super cheap - like $20 or something. I was not in love with the finished product, but think it has a lot of potential for certain images. But, for the one I did (a winter coyote on snow), I had another one done on canvas at Costco and...
Only very loosely based on the versions of the story I've read - going back to my childhood. Seemed like just about everything was a bit stereotypical and over all not very realistic. Lot of Hollywood throughout.
It had some neat scenes and was entertaining though. Well, for me. Wife and...
You can get to the rock art by coming up from the bottom off of I-70 and it's usually passable for normal SUV's etc. My very "street" not at all offroad capable Ram 1500 had no problem at all getting there that way. There is plenty of camping near the mouth of the wash, too.

The advantage is a very thin depth of field with as much field of view as desired. Allows getting shots with a small sensor that mimic a very large sensor and a VERY fast lens - as in, faster than you can actually buy. The DOF and FOV on a couple of those shots would have required a lens...
