Causey Resevoir

After reading @ashergrey 's summer solstice trip I want more info on Causey. Who has paddled it? Is it busy? Is there camping in the backcountry? Any other tid bits are much appreciated as well.

All those little arms and the fact that there's no big motorboats make it sound nice. I'm curious what others have to say, especially about backcountry camping.

There's camping, mostly toward the ends of the south fork arms. Space is at a premium so first come, first serve. Weekends are busyish. BSA's Camp Kiesel sits on the north fork, so it's best avoided.

Thanks. I really didn't know Causey existed for a long time. My wife and I love the water so we'll definitely have to check it out.

Didn't have one at all, neither did my wife. $180.00 each and a rude as hell cop to boot.
